License Fees Computation

Table fee:  $15.50 per table, except that the table fee shall be $12.50 per table for any game or section of a game in which participants are limited to 50 master points or less.   

Fee for a partial table:  ¼ table per person, excluding one playing Director.

Payments of License Fees, including First and Last Month

Upon commencement of this Agreement, the first month’s rent shall be as specified in Section 4. of the Agreement.  (check option which applies):

____  Standard monthly rate based on table count for the preceding month.

Thereafter, the License fee shall be paid in advance on the first day of each month in an amount equal to the license fee computation for the previous month, said process to continue until termination.

Upon termination of this Agreement, the Licensee’s final month’s fee obligation shall be computed based on the actual attendance during such month.
