Partnerships Via Email

To help you find partners for general play we have created mail lists so that you can easily contact other players who are also looking for partners. Each mail list, or group, is created for players with a specific range of masterpoints. These groups are:

• 503partnersEZ - for players in the EZ Game.
• 503partners10 - for players with fewer than 10 masterpoints.
• 503partners50 - for players with fewer than 50 masterpoints.
• 503partners100 - for players with fewer than 100 masterpoints.
• 503partners300 - for players with fewer than 300 masterpoints.
• 503partnersOpen - for players with unlimited masterpoints.

Each group is essentially a distribution list for email. When you send an email to the group it will forward that email to all other members of the group. When any other member of the group sends an email to the group you and everyone else will receive it.

There is no set format for your emails so you will have to use your judgement about what information you want or need to share with others.

In order to use a group you must be a member of that group. When you sign up for the group you will be asked to provide your email address. When you send emails to the group you must use that specific email address - any other addresses you might have will not work. Your email address will not be shared with others and will not be shown on the group website.

We'd like to limit use of the groups, at least initially, to partnership requests. Please don't use them for general discussions.

Who can join? These groups are unmoderated, which means anyone can sign up for them and then send and receive emails.

How do I join? Use a link, above, to go to the group you want to join. Once there use the Join this group link on the right.

What is the email address of the group? Use the About this group link on the right hand side of the group page to see information for the group including what email address to use.

How do I unsubscribe? Instructions for unsubscribing from the group will be included at the bottom of all emails you receive from the group. If you have trouble email us with your request to be removed from the group.

What about abuse? Please report abuse of our groups to unit503@gmail.com. If spammers start posting to them we will take action to prevent further abuse by them.
